Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, President of Aswan University, received the committee formed from the Arts Sector of the Supreme Council of Universities, which includes Prof. Ahmed El-Sherbiny El-Sayed ,former Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University, Prof. Mahmoud Ali Abdel-Fattah ,Dean of the Nile Basin Institute at Fayoum University, and Prof. Attia Mahmoud Mohamed El-Tantawy, Dean of the Faculty of Higher African Studies, Cairo University, and this visit comes to examine the capabilities and human and material resources at the Faculty of Al-Alsun at the university.
Prof. Ayman Othman indicated that the Sector Committee inspected the college’s capabilities, including classrooms, auditoriums, the library, the offices of faculty members and the college’s administrative apparatus.
Dr. Hazem Al-Jamal, Dean of the College of Al-Alsun, also reviewed the most important achievements of the college since the opening of the college in the academic year 2012-2022, including the recent establishment of the Linguistics and Translation Center, noting that the committee praised the material and human capabilities available in the college.
