Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman, President of Aswan University, confirmed that the university has made all its preparations to receive the second semester of preparing study plans, distributing courses, assigning plans to faculties, and preparing school lab supplies, such as glassware and chemicals, to conduct a unified purchase.
The halls, auditoriums, and laboratories were also equipped, as well as the outpatient clinics, with the latest medical equipment, in order to facilitate the students.
The President of the University stressed the application of all precautionary measures, which included securing sterilization gates and disinfecting workshops for terraces and classrooms at all university headquarters in the university campus in Sahara and the university campus in the new city of Aswan in the various faculties of the university, which numbered 19 colleges and two institutes, stressing the wearing of medical masks and the provision of thermometers and others. It is a precautionary measure to ensure the safety of students, employees and university employees.
Prof. Ayman Othman, President of the University, added that the university has completed all preparations and equipment in the university cities to receive university students from different teams and all faculties of the university.
Dr. Louay Saad El-Din Nasrat, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, explained that the residential rooms were equipped and maintained, including carpentry maintenance, electricity and water connection, noting that the university city was provided with several restaurants to serve the university city students.
This comes within the framework of the preparations and equipment in the university cities. The various needs of the university cities have been equipped with all the tools and equipment necessary to provide the best services in the field of accommodation and nutrition in a manner worthy of Aswan University.
