The art critic Mr. Haitham Al-Hawary \u2013head of \u201cS\u201d Foundation for Culture and Creation and the festival chairman \u2013 declared that Prof. Ghallab\u2019s honoring was a result of his vital role in boosting the cultural movement in Aswan and nurturing gifted artists.
