♦ Fill out the release form (for new students).
♦ Complete the application for obtaining certificates.
♦ Bring personal photos of the number of certificates to be extracted.
♦ The period for preparing and receiving the certificate is three days since the application was submitted.
♦ Receipt of the certificates shall be with the original proof of identity (a valid national ID card – passport) for the same person or by an official power of attorney for his representative to receive.
